We need a few people to clean up the table, take down the tent...
Please arrive before 6pm. (maybe earlier, if things begin to wind down sooner)

We will be in booth # 46 (see Druid Park Booth Layout 2009)

We need a few people to set up the table. Please arrive by 10am to Booth #46 (see Druid Park Booth Layout 2009). If you need to unload stuff from your car, see instructions below, and coordinate with Steve.

Detail instructions for setup:
The festival area will open for vendors at 7:30 a.m. All vendors must first report to vendor check-in before setting up. Vendors who are disabled should call in advance to make arrangements to have help in setting up their booths.

Vehicles will only be allowed in the Festival Booth area between 7:30 a.m. & 9:30 a.m. There will be a short term unloading area at the top of Swann Drive (the opposite end from Druid Park Lake Drive) after that time.
